How does your house clearance services work?

You contact us and we arrange a time and date that works for you, then once we have yourfull address and postcode we will then turn up on the agreed date and time. Using our years of knowledge we will assess the clearance with you and answer any questions you may have while we are looking around. We clear the property to your satisfaction with no stress or complications, we will do not take any payment until the clearance is completed and you are completely satisfied with the house clearance. Upon completion of the clearance we will provide a full invoice for your own records.

What can you clear?
We can clear almost everything requested from clothes, furniture, bed, carpets and junk. We are also happy to clear your sheds, garages and anything you have in the garden. There is really not a lot that we can’t clear anything you have just ask us when we are giving you a quote and we will 9/10 say yes! With our years of experience we have seen just about everything and to date we have still not let a customer down.

What can`t you clear?
We can clear almost everything except for the few items listed below:

  • Chemicals ( oil , petrol and painting fluids)
  • Bricks, rubble, soil and tiles ( hard core)
  • Asbestos

Do you buy items?
Yes we do buy items, if you have anything that I can put a value too I with my experience I will be able to give you a value while quoting. Whatever that value is I will offset that against the price of the clearance to keep mine and your costs as low as possible.

Are you a registered waste carrier?
Yes. We hold a Higher Tier Waste Carriers Licence issued but the Environment Agency.
Our Licence Registration number is – CBDU294861

We also carry a card version of this so we can show you if you request to see it.

Where does it all go?
Everything we take from you goes to your local weight bridge site and gets disposed of there. We take as much as we can to charities and anything that we buy of you we sell and hopefully someone new can enjoy it.

What days and times do you work?
We work Monday – Friday 9am till 5pm but our Facebook page and website is always open for you to ask us any questions or arrange a quote.

Do I need to be present on the day of the clearance?
No. We are more than happy to pick up keys from wherever is easiest for you to leave them and us collect them from there and return then once we have completed the house clearance

Do you clear any type of property?
Yes. We can clear any type of property such as any size house , flat or bungalow

How to pay?
Payment is on completion of the job and we will email you an invoice witch has payment methods at the bottom of the invoice.
